Todd worked with us to get us a good quote on a brand new system to replace the two old systems we had. The technicians came out less than a week later and got both old systems out and replaced it with a new one in only one business day. Mason and Alfonso were highly professional and very thorough with what they did! Mason explained everything to us and the house was left spotless when they were finished. All trashed was picked up outside and we had no problems. We are very pleased with Sunny Service and want to give a shoutout to Todd, Mason, and Alfonso! All three of you went above and beyond! House feels cooler than ever and is comfortable!

Everyone was so nice, from the first phone call to the technicians to the sales dept. Service was fast and very well done. We had to replace our entire unit and, not only did they come out the same day on a friday, they put in a temporary unit to get us through the weekend until the new unit could be installed. I was referred to Sunny Service and was thrilled with the service I received. Carol was very helpful over the phone in giving me options to consider before sending someone out. Moe arrived w/in an hour or so (not peak season now) and gave me an explanation and options I hadn't been given from other companies in the past. With the situation of my unit, Moe was able to give me an option that saved me a few hundred dollars and will hold me until I get both of my units replaced. I signed up for their maintenance program as well and will continue to use Sunny for my A/C needs.
